Location – Position location considered in an onsite office setting located in Joppa, MD and hybrid
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare and maintain financial models and spreadsheets
- Analyze financial data and summarize findings for management
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow tracking
- Conduct research on market trends, industry data, and financial performance
- Help prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department
- Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must Speak, Read, and Write English fluently
Job Type
- Part-Time or full-time College Internship opportunity
- Hourly Pay, Starting $15 per hour, Non-Exempt
