Location – Position location considered in an onsite office setting located in Joppa, MD and hybrid


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities 
  • Prepare and maintain financial models and spreadsheets
  • Analyze financial data and summarize findings for management 
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow tracking
  • Conduct research on market trends, industry data, and financial performance 
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings 
  • Support audit preparation and documentation requests 
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department 
  • Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Must Speak, Read, and Write English fluently



Job Type

  • Part-Time or full-time College Internship opportunity 
  • Hourly Pay, Starting $15 per hour, Non-Exempt
