About the Role

Job Description

Support the area responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and analysis of the company’s financial information, assisting with the accounting closing process, management reporting, and business performance monitoring. The role works in partnership with different areas, ensuring proper controls and supporting decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly closing process (variance analysis, reconciliations, and data consolidation)

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management presentations

  • Support business performance analysis (Revenue, Costs, and Margin)

  • Assist in OPEX control and monitoring

  • Support forecast and budget preparation

  • Assist with process improvements and automations (Excel, Power Query, etc.)

  • Interact with areas such as Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Services to collect and validate information

  • Support activities related to compliance and internal controls

You are the right fit if you:

  • Are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering

  • Have intermediate Excel skills

  • Have advanced English proficiency

  • Are available to work onsite in Barueri/SP three times a week, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
