About the Role

该职位将在实习期间负责:
协助友邦人寿人力资源部的相应团队推进组织、人才和文化等领域的重要项目,为项目团队提供专业、高效、及时的事务性支持,以促进所参与项目的有效推进和落地。

具体工作内容如下:

• 项目支持: 协助完成项目管理支持性工作,包括但不限于项目规划、执行和跟进;

• 材料准备: 协助项目组准备会议文件、报告、模板及其他相关文件材料;

• 数据分析: 收集并分析人力资源相关数据,以支持项目各类决策的制定;

• 会议纪要: 参与项目会议,记录会议纪要,确保信息准确无误;

• 行政支持: 处理项目中的日常行政和事务性事务,包括但不限于物料准备、内部协调、供应商对接、预算追踪等;

• 团队沟通: 保持与团队成员的良好沟通,协助传递项目相关信息。

人选画像:

本科、研究生或MBA在读学生,主修商业管理、人力资源管理等相关领域,一周到岗5天,实习时间为2026年7-8月(全职实习时间不少于8周);

具备成长型思维和创新思维,喜欢迎接挑战和实现自我提升;

• 具备出色的分析和问题解决能力;

具备良好的组织和时间管理能力,能够处理多任务;

良好的人际沟通,能够与利益方快速建立信任;

出色的商务书写能力,熟练使用Microsoft Office(如Word、Excel和PowerPoint等)。
