Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and collect sufficient information for project-based audit planning.
  • Complete and deliver the audit planning pack on time.
  • Assist in updating audit status.
  • Assist in market research.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties such as updating issue logs, filing audit files, etc.
  • Assist in clearing audit files and backlogs.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Responsible and proactive, with sound communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, with knowledge of Access and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Attentive to detail and accurate.
  • Familiarity with basic audit terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Passion to explore the company approved AI tool to support assigned work.
  • Promise to work in this position for at least 6 months.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiar with basic audit terminology and procedures preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • University student in Accounting, Finance, or Business major(preferred)
