Duration: July to December 2026
Pocket money ranges from IDR 750,000 – IDR 2,000,000 (dependent on level of education)
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Position summary:
This internship will support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in key areas such as order management, inventory control, logistics coordination, purchasing and data analysis. You’ll gain hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, providing exposure to real-world processes and tools within a dynamic business environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with tracking inventory levels and supporting reconciliation tasks

  • Supporting with the purchasing processes including sourcing order tracking and supplier follow-ups

  • Analysing supply chain data and support in performance reports preparation

  • Assisting in logistics planning, including shipment tracking and delivery scheduling

  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and team meetings

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Current Diploma or University students preferably studying Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics or related fields

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English (TOEFL 450)
