About the Role

该职位将在实习期间负责：
友邦大厦项目工程管理现场支持，将参与友邦大厦安防系统整体评估与搭设，支持历保建筑设施运行评估、焕新实施工作。

具体工作内容如下：

• 项目进度统筹、跟踪，协助项目经理推进项目组成员工作落实与完善；

• 会议纪要、周报编制，施工过程、设施状态、安全隐患巡场记录；

• 重要往来邮件、图纸更迭、政府资料、检测报告、合同归档；

• 针对大厦安防系统完善，协助项目组设备选型，评估分析，运营管理制定等基础工作；

• 历保建筑修缮工艺、施工组织设计、结构加固、大厦设备分阶段焕新实施方案编制审核的配合工作。

人选画像：

• 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，建筑/工程类专业背景，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；

• 熟悉建筑设施设备、结构安全、施工质量规范；

• 诚实守信、工作积极热情、反应敏捷、行事沉稳；

• 具备历史保护建筑项目管理的知识储备或经验；

• 善于协作，具备团队意识和责任心，具备组织协调与沟通能力。
