About the Role

该职位将在实习期间负责:
友邦大厦项目工程管理现场支持,将参与友邦大厦安防系统整体评估与搭设,支持历保建筑设施运行评估、焕新实施工作。

具体工作内容如下:

项目进度统筹、跟踪,协助项目经理推进项目组成员工作落实与完善;

会议纪要、周报编制,施工过程、设施状态、安全隐患巡场记录;

重要往来邮件、图纸更迭、政府资料、检测报告、合同归档;

针对大厦安防系统完善,协助项目组设备选型,评估分析,运营管理制定等基础工作;

历保建筑修缮工艺、施工组织设计、结构加固、大厦设备分阶段焕新实施方案编制审核的配合工作。

人选画像:

本科、研究生或MBA在读学生,建筑/工程类专业背景,一周到岗5天,实习时间为2026年7-8月(全职实习时间不少于8周);

熟悉建筑设施设备、结构安全、施工质量规范;

诚实守信、工作积极热情、反应敏捷、行事沉稳;

具备历史保护建筑项目管理的知识储备或经验;

善于协作,具备团队意识和责任心,具备组织协调与沟通能力。
