About the Role

该职位将在实习期间负责：
助力搭建友邦「高学历、高素质、高水平」的代理人团队，在此过程中充分地了解友邦人寿营销员渠道的业务运作模式及各职能部门的工作内容，增加对保险行业的整体认知，培养个人实践能力及团队协作能力。

具体工作内容如下：

• 深入了解当下寿险行业招募人才趋势，洞察人才吸引锚点；

• 协助策划设计对应增员市场化传播方案，助力优秀人才吸引；

• 协助对接项目相关的内外部合作方，确保信息高效流转与资源顺畅协同；

• 参与增员活动的执行与落地，保障项目高质量交付。

人选画像：

• 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，金融、保险、工商管理等专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；

• 具备独立高效完成课题外部调研、参与学校社团、筹办线下活动的经验；

• 具备较好的前期数据整合分析能力，熟练运用Excel及PPT等办公软件。
