About the Role

Job Summary

The Intern, Talent Acquisition joins DKSH's Group Talent Acquisition (GTA) team at the exciting intersection of technology and people, contributing directly to how a global organization attracts and hires talent at scale.

This role is purpose-built for candidates from a computer science or technical background who bring hands-on skills in automation, AI, and data visualization to help drive smarter, faster, and more impactful hiring processes across DKSH's global markets. 

 

What You Will Deliver

 

  • Take ownership of at least one innovation or process improvement project within the GTA function, from problem definition to delivery and impact measurement, creating a tangible portfolio piece that demonstrates business value.
  • Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline recruitment operations and improve team efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into recruitment performance, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
  • Apply AI tools, platforms, and data-driven approaches to improve candidate sourcing, engagement, and talent acquisition decision-making.
  • Explore and support the implementation of automation platforms and digital tools that enhance the GTA team’s technology capabilities and hiring processes.
  • Analyze recruitment data and translate findings into actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, TA process improvements, and system upgrade projects from a technical perspective.
  • Support candidate sourcing across online platforms and job boards using digital tools and automation.
  • Assist with job postings, job description updates, interview coordination, and panel assessments.
  • Support employee engagement activities from planning to execution.
  • Handle administrative and coordination duties as required.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate for designing and deploying workflow automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Familiar with AI tools, large language models, or AI-powered platforms related to data analysis, automation, or talent technology.
  • Interested in automation platforms, no-code/low-code tools, and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Available for a full-time internship (five working days per week) under a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and spoken English.
  • Curious about applying technology to people-focused functions, with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Able to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
