🏅 Role
In this unprecedented context, we are looking for an unconventional and highly talented professional who can exceed expectations and help us deliver the best events. You will be a key pillar of our Event Excellence team, helping us in the organization, management and delivery processes of events.
📍Location
This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan and we would love to see your face around our office corridor as often as possible.
📅 Starting: curricular internship starting September 2026 [6 months]

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Junior Event Specialist at Kampaay, you will:
report directly to an Event Specialist and work closely with the Head of Event Excellence and the Engineering team. Your activities will include:

• Supporting the Event Specialists in the management of the events in our pipeline;

• Supporting the Engineering team in developing our platform and processes.

The role is part of a team-based setting, where a positive and collaborative attitude is highly valued.

You could be our perfect Junior Event Specialist if you have the following characteristics:

• Educational background geared towards Event Management;

• You work well under pressure;

• You are responsive and not afraid to take decisions and responsibility;

• You have already had experience in the world of events and/or catering (nice to have);

• You have a good knowledge of Excel & Power Point; (nice to have)

• You speak English fluently;

• You are willing to learn and step out of your comfort zone to experiment and revolutionize an entire industry with us;

• You are humble and accept all feedback and make the best of it;

• You like to party and never say no to an aperitif (we understand, we're just like you... it's our job after all);
