Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du unterstützt uns beim 1st Level Support für Invoice-to-Pay Prozesse und arbeitest dabei international mit unseren internen Service Centern und Fachabteilungen zusammen
  • Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich die Stammdaten unserer Lieferanten
  • In Teilprojekten hast du die Möglichkeit deine kreativen Ideen einzubringen und gemeinsam mit uns Lösungen zur Optimierung und Automatisierung der Invoice-to-Pay Prozesse zu erarbeiten
  • Du unterstützt unsere Rechtseinheiten in der Schweiz und Österreich selbstständig und gewissenhaft bei der Abwicklung von Sonderprozessen Invoice-to-Pay

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: teamfähig, kommunikativ und eigenständig
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Zusätzliche Informationen

  • Beginn: ab 17. August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung
  • Dauer: 6,5 Monate - 20h/ Woche
  • Voraussetzung für die Werkstudententätigkeit ist deine Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule
