Part-time Marketing Internship

HighFive Healthcare partners with endodontic and oral surgery practices across the Southeast, providing comprehensive operational, administrative, and marketing support that enables clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Marketing at HighFive Healthcare operates on two levels - supporting both centralized (homebase) strategy and practice level execution to drive digital presence, patient acquisition, and local brand awareness. The Marketing Intern will play a key role in scaling social media and online visibility across our network of endodontic and oral surgery practices. This role requires a highly organized and creative thinker who can manage multiple social media accounts and local search platforms (e.g., Google Business, Apple Business Connect) while maintaining high brand standards and producing SEO- and GEO-optimized content.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Specialist and Design Lead in managing social media accounts across endodontic and oral surgery practices
• Independently manage assigned social media accounts end-to-end
• Create engaging, on brand content optimized for SEO and local search
• Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
• Monitor and update practice listings on Google Business, Apple Business Connect, and other online directories

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Strong skills in graphic design, layout, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across stakeholders
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

This is a part-time internship (15-20 hours per week) lasting for 3-6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
