Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in New York City. In this full-time internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced HR department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources or Recruiting.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate reviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates to confirm availability, logistics, and next steps
- Manage job postings across internal and external platforms
- Track candidate progress and update recruitment trackers
- Assist with pre-onboarding activities, including collecting new hire documents
- Submit IT ticket requests for new hires (equipment, systems access, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Assist in occasional ad-hoc projects.
Key Experience and Skills
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field
- Strong interest in recruiting and HR operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Prior internship or office experience is a plus
- Korean proficiency is a plus.
Additional Details:
- This is a paid, full-time internship (40 hours/week)
- Hybrid position based in New York City
Salary Details: $18/hr-$21/hr
