About the Role

Talent Acquisition Intern

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in New York City. In this full-time internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced HR department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources or Recruiting.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate reviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates to confirm availability, logistics, and next steps
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms
  • Track candidate progress and update recruitment trackers
  • Assist with pre-onboarding activities, including collecting new hire documents
  • Submit IT ticket requests for new hires (equipment, systems access, etc.)
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Assist in occasional ad-hoc projects.

 

Key Experience and Skills

Qualifications:

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruiting and HR operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Prior internship or office experience is a plus
  • Korean proficiency is a plus.

 

Additional Details:

  • This is a paid, full-time internship (40 hours/week)
  • Hybrid position based in New York City

 

Salary Details: $18/hr-$21/hr
