Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Marketing department in a variety of tasks related to branding, digital marketing, event planning, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, analyze marketing data, and help develop new marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
- Help with event planning and execution, including in-store retail and brand marketing activations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Analyze and report on marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Support the development of marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Requirements
Experience & Key Competencies:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
