- Assist with organizing, cleaning up, and maintaining files to ensure consistent and accessible document storage
- Schedule, coordinate, and support meetings, including booking rooms and managing calendars
- Take meeting notes and assist with follow‑up actions as needed
- Support project managers with a variety of project‑related administrative and coordination tasks
- Develop and maintain basic tools such as Excel spreadsheets, trackers, or simple online forms
- Conduct project‑related research and summarize findings for the project team
- Collect, compile, and organize information and data required for ongoing projects
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed
- Must be a youth ages between 15 to 30 years of age and eligible to participate in the Canada Summer Jobs program.
- Be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or someone to whom Refugee Status has been granted/conferred.
- Have a valid SIN
- Must be comfortable working from home with the ability to attend in person meetings in the Toronto area.
