Internship Business Development Assistant (Fragrance & Beauty) - Your future position?

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and present new fragrance concepts tailored to market trends, customer needs, and local preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to meet with clients, prepare presentations, product samples, and solutions for customers.
  • Support the development of proposals and commercial strategies for the new business.
  • Build relationships with internal creative, marketing, and technical teams to bring ideas to market.

Qualification

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the fragrance, beauty, or consumer products industry
  • Good understanding of market trends and consumer preferences, especially in fine fragrance or personal care products
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
