About the Role

The intern will support digital commerce expansions across MTMAG, HORECA, and Social Commerce, with a strong focus on acquisition, platform execution, and content management. This role provides hands-on exposure on how physical distribution and strong online content (mental availability) drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Expansion & Sell‑In (MTMAG & HORECA)

  • Expand online distribution by increasing virtual store count through sell-in and acquisition 
  • Assist in meal-pairing activations with QSR partners
  • Coordinate with aggregator partners to:
    • Process store onboarding requirement
    • Support operational training for go-live date

New Doors Incubation & Performance Tracking

  • Assist in auditing and tracking KPIs such as:
  • Item and store-level availability
  • Meal-pairing attachment rates
  • Support post-mortem analysis on launches and pilots
  • Consolidate learnings and best practices for digital commerce execution

Social Commerce Operations & Content Support

  • Assist in the Social Commerce launch setup, including E2E fulfillment readiness across store operations, platform enablers, inventory synchronization checks
  • Coordinate with internal Brand teams and external media agencies to finalize media plan and track basic Social Commerce KPIs (availability, sell-through, content completeness)

Content Management & Brand Execution

  • Assist in the review and execution of content assets (images, copy, bundles) across platforms
  • Ensure key visuals follow brand guidelines and communicates key benefits and support content improvement recommendations based on data

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong interest in digital commerce, content, and social platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to social media content, KOLs, or e-commerce platforms
  • Basic understanding of online sales or content metrics
  • Proficiency in Excel or PowerPoint
