About the program

At Tamara, we believe greatness and exceptional talent can come from any level. That’s why we created our Flagship Builders Program, a gateway for brilliant minds ready to kick-start their careers.
Whether you're a recent graduate, early in your career with up to two years of experience, or looking for an internship or co-op opportunity, this program lets you dive into real, meaningful work across Product, Engineering, Design, and more.
Our January and June 2026 cohorts are your chance to learn, grow, and build alongside some of the most ambitious people in the region.

Your Role

We’re hiring a Strategy and Operations Analyst as part of the Builders Program. You’ll support the Head of Strategy & Operations on initiatives that span People and Care, grounded in how teams, functions, and processes actually run day to day.

You’ll help turn leadership priorities into clarity: which workflows matter, what to measure, how to observe performance, and where processes can work better for operators and customers.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll map workflows, shape metric definitions with stakeholders, help specify reporting and dashboards with data partners, and document improvements that stick.

The work is cross-functional: you’ll learn alongside operators, analytics, and business stakeholders while maintaining discretion on sensitive topics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Map end-to-end workflows in People and Care functions, including ownership, handoffs, decisions, and friction points.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and data points so leadership can track progress and optimize for critical business operations outcomes.
  • Support the design of dashboards and operational reporting so leaders can review performance on a clear, consistent cadence.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or strengthen processes (roles, SLAs, escalations, documentation) and help socialize practical changes.
  • Prepare concise analyses, summaries, and readouts that help teams decide faster.
  • Support ad hoc assignments that advance portfolio visibility and operating rhythm across Strategy & Operations.

Your Expertise

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent analytical fields.
  • Students in their final year or those completing cooperative training (co-op) requirements are encouraged to apply.

Skills

  • Structured thinking: comfortable organizing ambiguous topics into clear questions, assumptions, and next steps.
  • AI fluency - Effective use of AI-assisted tools to speed up research, synthesis, data analysis and visualisation, and automating routine work, with strong judgment on quality and confidentiality.
  • Comfort with data, Excel or Google Sheets required; willingness to learn SQL or similar for repeatable analysis.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to tailor depth for operators versus executives.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail when maintaining definitions, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Working knowledge of English; Arabic is a strong plus

Attributes

  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable partnering across functions and asking precise questions without slowing teams down.
  • Handles sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
