About the role



You'll be embedded in our core engineering and solutions team from day one, working directly with enterprise customers and contributing to real production systems. This isn't a shadowing role. You'll build, test, and ship alongside some of the sharpest AI and data engineers in the field, on problems that sit at the frontier of enterprise AI.

Responsibilities-

• Work closely with the solutions engineering team to onboard and support enterprise customers on Flexor's AI Context Engine
• Build and run evaluations to benchmark model performance across large-scale, diverse enterprise data
• Collaborate on technical demos, production deployments, and customer integrations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Strong Python and SQL fundamentals, with comfort working with APIs and developer tools
• Genuine curiosity about LLMs, VLMs, AI systems, and the future of enterprise data
• Excellent written and spoken English; you'll be working with international customers and engaging with cutting-edge research
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a bias for action
