About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly reliable HR Operations Student / Temporary employee to join our People Centers of Excellence team.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across HR operations, administration, and data management in a dynamic, global environment, with strong exposure to multiple HR functions and significant growth potential.

This is a part-time role for 9 months with a commitment of 3 full days per week, working on-site at our office.

What You’ll Do

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and off boarding.
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS systems.
  • Handle sensitive employee data with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation, quality checks, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across HR functions, including HRGP, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related administrative and procedural inquiries
  • Support the generation and maintenance of HR data and reports for internal stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Current student or equivalent relevant experience in HR Ops, HR Admin, etc.
  • Availability for 3 full working days per week, office-based - MUST!
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-quality control
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with full discretion
  • Organized and structured approach to tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems - an advantage
