About the Role

ESG Dijon, école de commerce orientée métiers, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine des ressources humaines, un.e Chargé(e) des ressources humaines en contrat d’alternance.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Ressources Humaines, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Participer à la gestion administrative du personnel

  • Contribuer au suivi des dossiers salariés

  • Aider à la rédaction des contrats et avenants

  • Organiser les entretiens et intégrations

  • Contribuer au suivi de la formation

  • Participer à la gestion des absences et congés

  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord RH

  • Assurer une veille sociale et réglementaire

Profil :

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un Bac+2 dans le domaine des ressources humaines, de la gestion ou de l’administration.
