About the internship
As a Brand Marketing Intern, you’ll partner closely with the Brand Manager to help bring the ofi brand to life; through clear messaging, strong storytelling, and consistent visual identity. You’ll contribute to brand governance (how the brand is applied), content creation, channel execution, and market/competitive insights in a global, multinational environment.
You’ll work on a variety of projects and stakeholders, learning how a global brand stays coherent while still being relevant for different audiences and formats.
What you'll be doing
Brand governance & consistency
- Help keep our brand consistent by checking that internal and external content follows ofi’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Support the Brand Center by organizing, managing, and updating brand assets (templates and visual materials), so teams can find and use the right materials quickly.
- Conduct brand audits on key communication materials to understand how the brand is being applied and help improve consistency across business units and regions.
- Assist in monitoring the correct application of brand assets in corporate and marketing communications.
- Help create marketing and brand presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring messaging and visual identity are aligned.
Content & brand messaging
- Collaborate with design and creative agencies to produce high-quality content aligned with ofi’s positioning.
- Support writing and editing for brand materials, presentations, and digital assets—turning complex topics into clear, on-brand copy.
Channels & content execution
- Support the team in strengthening the brand’s presence across marketing channels (digital, print, and B2B platforms).
- Help tailor content for different audiences and formats, keeping key messages consistent while adapting to the channel.
- Support in gathering feedback and insights on how messaging lands, to help refine content over time.
Market & competitive insights
- Conduct client and competitor deep dives to inform relevant and engaging content and messaging.
- Analyze customer engagement patterns and summarize insights that can help refine brand strategies.
- Track trending topics, key drivers in the food industry, and emerging communication approaches to help strengthen ofi’s brand messaging.
What you'll bring
- You’re currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in brand marketing, messaging, and content strategy.
- Passion for food and a positive, curious, open-minded attitude—you learn fast and enjoy taking on new challenges.
- Basic understanding of branding principles, marketing channels, and how to use customer/market insights.
- A proactive mindset and curiosity about customer behaviors and brand positioning.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you like making things clear, tidy, and easy to reuse).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); comfort partnering with design/creative teams is a plus.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a job setting (e.g., an internship, part-time work, freelancing, or volunteering), especially if it involved marketing or content.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and professional content.
- Familiarity with competitor analysis tools and basic research methodologies.
What you'll gain
- Hands-on experience in a global, multinational environment.
- Exposure to how brand governance, messaging, and consistency work at scale across regions and business units.
- Development of content creation, market research, and brand strategy skills that are highly transferable across marketing roles.
- Close collaboration with experienced brand and marketing professionals, with opportunities to learn through real deliverables and feedback.
- Networking opportunities within ofi
