Grad Intern — Finance
Location: Mississauga Flexible Commuter
Duration: 6–9 months
Start window: Jun–Aug 2026
What you will do

In this vital role, you will support the Finance team by helping strengthen core finance databases, improve reporting outputs that support Finance and leadership decision-making and streamline purchase order (PO) processes.
Key responsibilities
- Help build and maintain central finance/leadership reporting databases (e.g., consolidating inputs, improving data structure, and ensuring consistency).
- Support optimization of the current Tableau reporting suite (e.g., validating outputs, refreshing views, and proposing enhancements).
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and data quality, including exploring responsible uses of automation/AI tools where appropriate.
- Support the team’s PO process workload, including tracking, coordination, and process documentation to help maintain steady operations.
Tools & skills you’ll use (examples)
- Excel (data cleaning, pivots, lookups)
- Tableau (validation, refresh, dashboard improvements)
- Power BI (exposure/asset)
- Office + collaboration tools; responsible AI copilots (where applicable)
- Finance systems exposure (SAP / Oracle Hyperion — asset)
- Enterprise ChatGPT
What we expect of you

Basic qualifications
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from within the last 3 years) an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data sets and repeatable processes.
- Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly.
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual (English/French).
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau and/or Power BI).
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and responsible use of AI tools.
- Familiarity with finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion) is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $58000 – $72000 CAD.
