岗位职责：

1. 协助销售支持副经理完成业务支持工作，包括数据整理、报告撰写及销售策略分析。
2. 参与销售推广计划的执行与效果追踪，支持部门各项业务活动的顺利开展。
3. 协助维护和优化销售团队业绩报表，生成并整理月度/季度业务报告。
4. 支持会议组织与材料准备，包括PPT制作、活动流程协调等。
5. 完成部门交办的其他支持性工作，推动业务目标的达成。

任职要求：

1. 目前在校大二、大三或研一、研二学生，专业不限，金融、经济、保险相关专业优先。
2. 熟练使用PPT进行专业演示设计，熟练AI工具辅助工作。
3. 英文书写流利，能撰写清晰、专业的英文材料，适应国际化工作环境。
4. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，能高效完成多任务并按时交付。
5. 对金融行业有热情，具备较强的学习能力与主动思考能力
