  • Assist contract signing with suppliers, documenting and activities necessary with BR and Admin.
  • Newsletter editing and translating between Chinese and English.
  • Support logistics for Lean training and workshop, such as communication with hotel and contract signing.
  • Monthly data updates and performance tracking summary for different purposes.
  • Support book/materials updating and printing for Lean training/workshop.
  • Edit pictures and videos for Lean training/workshop.
  • Training kits/tools maintenance.
  • Assist with invoice shipping and activities related to invoicing.
  • Assist with gift and materials purchasing.
  • Travel to support Lean training/workshop.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current college student or recent college graduate, experience or degree emphasized in ME (Manufacturing Engineering), Supply Chain, English or communication is preferred.
  • Creative ideas and communication skills.
  • Good command of written/spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent teammate, with positive attitude and desire to learn.
  • Working 2-3 days a week, preferably 6months to 1 year.
  • Tianjin preferred.
  • Willing to do business travel
