Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day engagement on Razer’s social media channels like Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and more.

  • Support the development and maintenance of a dynamic social calendar, as well as community project organizing and tracking to ensure timely delivery.

  • Support the preparation of social posts and content ideas, including drafting copy and curating community-generated content.

  • Monitor community conversations, gaming trends, and relevant news daily, capturing notable insights, sentiment shifts, or opportunities for the team to act on.

  • Assist in planning and executing community initiatives such as giveaways, Discord activities, livestreams, and other engagement programs.

  • Analyze and reporting on community trends, feedback, and engagement metrics to help optimize strategy.

  • Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and online community engagement.

  • Excellent in communication skills and passionate about fostering digital communities.

  • Organized with project management and follow-through skills.

  • Commitment period of 6 months or longer would be preferred.

  • Passionate about gaming.

Good-to-have

  • Familiarity with social media management tools/software, and editorial content calendaring.

  • Experience moderating or building communities on Discord.

  • Knowledge in Software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
