• Participates for reliability testing support and technical reliability report publish for qualification and engineering evaluation.

• Participates process improvement task force, perform risk assessment for the failure to meet customer requirement.

• Reliability data and result analysis, update of test status to cross functional teams.

• Follow up and assist engineers in electrical failure analysis on reliability monitor reject through tester setup for remote login.

• Help to collect and verify basic electrical test information to validate the 8D report submitted by PE for consistency and meets the requirement.

• Participate and collaborate working with reliability engineering regarding reliability problems.

• Participation in RCCA efforts.

• Degree in relevant fields of Electronics/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Physics/ Materials.
