About the Role

After two successful editions, we are excited to launch the third edition of our Return to Work Fellowship —designed to empower talented women ready to restart and redefine their careers. If you’re a mid to senior-level professional looking to transition back into the workforce, this program offers a structured pathway to rebuild momentum, confidence, and impact. As part of this experience, you will work on strategic projects / assignments across the bank and gain valuable exposure. This is an opportunity for you to contribute meaningfully, sharpen your expertise, and also explore long-term career possibilities within a dynamic banking environment.

Application Timeline: Applications will open on 15 April 2026 and close on 17 May 2026.

Program Duration: The program will run for 24 weeks, from June 2026 until November 2026.

Eligibility Criteria: This program is designed for women who have been on a career break of six months or more.

Program Locations: For the 2026 edition, the program will be offered in Mumbai, Delhi/Gurgaon, Bangalore & Chennai.
