About the Role

Description

Role Overview
The Project Management Intern will support the effective execution of innovation projects by ensuring strong coordination, tracking, and communication across internal and external stakeholders. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence and driving efficiency across the innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
•    Maintain innovation pipeline tracking according to innovation processes, reporting and CRM tools 
•    Monitor and follow up on project deliverables within team 
•    Coordinate key team meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and action tracking
•    Support operational processes, including purchase orders (POs) and NDA coordination
•    Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
•    Contribute to open innovation scouting & events calendar 
•    Support development and dissemination of the Innovation Newsletter / reports
•    Drive development of project management tools within the team

Qualifications

•    Master’s student (Business, Engineering, Innovation, or related field)
•    Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
•    Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Fluent in English (mandatory), French is a plus
•    Strong interest in innovation, product & project management, and the fragrance industry
•    Proficiency in Microsoft digital tools and experience with automation tools & prompting is a plus (e.g. chatgpt, & Copilot)
