About the Role

Description of the brand and the team:

This internship offers the candidate the chance to contribute to Tom Ford Beauty, one of the fastest-growing luxury beauty brands, gain hands-on experience in the luxury and beauty industry, and collaborate with a multicultural, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

Reports and analysis

RS per sku monthly dashboard

Monthly reports - NPD results and deep dive per key markets

ME FSF Monthly report – interface between affiliate and Global

EMEA Launch reports

Category and Competition analysis to drive EMEA recommendations on future makeup launches (sales potential, trends, competition benchmark…)

Presentations and meetings

Monthly Marketing call organization

RRT preparation

Preparing the slides

Gathering information from the affiliates

Conducting RS and GS analysis

Top Management presentations

Pricing

Preparation of SRP template for affiliates and corporate

Collection of benchmark sku pricing

Price adjustments per affiliates (decreases / increases etc.)

Demand Planning & organization

Preparation of the Forecasting guidelines

Consolidation of all bulletins + update of Makeup Shade Library

Coordination of Lab Samples and comps needs with affiliates and Global

Others

Sephora main point of contact for EMEA products

Product orders and inventory check

Qualifications

Minimum Education Level:

Higher Education (Bac + 5, from a Business school or university)

Minimum Years and Area of Experience:

Interest in the cosmetics sector, sensitive for luxury industry. Previous, relevant marketing experience.

Required Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French. Other European language is a plus.

Licenses or Certifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office programs, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Panel Data tools (e.g., NPD Circana) is a plus.
