About the Role

Description

Description of the brand and the team:

Integrated in the Retail Design Development Center EMEA (RDDC EMEA), the Estée Lauder Companies creative department.

The Sustainable intern will support the Corporate Retail & Sustainability Manager in all the RDDC sustainable initiatives.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Communication:

Update the RDDC sustainability guidelines according to global recommendations

Prepare presentations for various stakeholders (regional and global management, RDDC members, ELC EMEA affiliates, suppliers,…)

Cascade the information received from ELC Global team

Organize Peer to peer approach with the other regional teams

Prepare quarterly newsletter

Support:

Assist the Corporate Retail & Sustainability Manager on the sustainable projects

Assist the different RDDC members in their sustainable developments

Update the existing sustainable tools available

Researches:

Source new sustainable materials and update the existing database

Monitor our competitors sustainable initiatives

Reporting:

Regroup and analyze the RDDC sustainable projects

Track KPIs

Report the RDDC improvements and developments to the regional and Global team

Set up all needed tools to encourage sustainable practices in Store design and visual merchandising

Minimum Education Level: student in business school or technical discipline. Master’s Degree desirable.

Sustainability training desirable.

Minimum Years and Area of Experience:

Required Language Proficiency: French, English (mandatory)
