工作职责

1. 学习运输管理系统（TMS）配置与实施相关知识，协助业务团队完成 TMS 系统上线落地。

1. 为陆路运输内部业务团队提供支持，具体包括：

· 定期开展系统操作培训，并提供日常答疑支持；

· 协助 TMS 终端用户对接 IT 团队，排查并解决各类系统问题。

1. 全程协同本地及区域 IT 团队，推进系统与应用的落地使用，工作内容涵盖：

· 参与 TMS 系统的配置与项目实施工作；

· 结合实际业务场景，编写用户测试用例；

· 统筹协调系统测试工作，包含功能测试与技术测试。

1. 跟进新兴技术应用，依托自动化工具，支撑国内外运输全程可视化、货物追踪溯源管理；

· 熟练使用宏命令、低代码平台工具；

· 运用人工智能辅助办公。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上在读学生，优先考虑计算机相关、供应链管理、物流管理、人工智能等相关专业；

1. 实习周期不少于 3 个月，可长期实习者优先；

1. 具备良好的沟通能力，可高效对接内外部多部门团队协作；

1. 熟练使用办公软件，能够快速处理并完成基础数据分析工作；

1. 逻辑思维清晰，善于发现、归纳问题，具备优秀的沟通协调能力与执行力；

1. 思维灵活，乐于接受新事物，能够结合实际业务提出可行解决方案；
