About the Role

 

ARQUUS,filiale française du groupe John Cockerill spécialisée dans la fabrication et la réparation de véhicules militaires, est à la recherche d’un /une alternant (e) pour intégrer l’entreprise. 

 

Au sein de la Direction financière ARQUUS et rattaché(e) au contrôle de gestion, vous ferez partie d'une équipe de professionnels hautement qualifiés qui travaillent avec énergie, passion et respect de l'individu.

 

Votre mission principale sera d’assurer le pilotage financier de portefeuilles de contrat

 

 

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : 

 

  • Dépôt et suivi de l’état des factures sur la plateforme Chorus
  • Participation à la clôture financière d’un contrat
    • Calcul et suivi des provisions
    • Analyse et rattachement des coûts aux bons projets
    • Déclaration du chiffre d’affaires lié aux contrats
  • Enregistrement des écritures comptables liées aux intérêts moratoires et pénalités
  • Facturation clients en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles
  • Rapprochement des comptes clients
  • Relance des clients en cas de retard de paiement
  • Participation à la résolution des litiges de facturation
  • Mise à jour des tableaux de bord et reportings financiers
  • Réponse aux besoins ponctuels de l’équipe finance et des opérationnels

 

 

 

Compétences pour le poste :

 

 

Techniques : 

 

  • Bonne maîtrise d’Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules de base)
  • Connaissances de base en comptabilité générale et analytique
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens de l’analyse

 

 

Fonctionnelles : 

 

  • Bon relationnel
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Rigoureux (se)
  • Proactif (ve)
