Could you be the VIE – IS&T Operations and Training we’re looking for?


Your future role

You’ll specifically take care of managing small projects such as iPad/mobile management, PC management, and printer replacement, but also assist in the discovery of tools and networks for various sites.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting the Operations team in the execution of project work packages, activities, documentation, quality assurance, reporting, and process improvements
  • Planning and managing training and communications across the Americas
  • Applying templates and records to document project activities following defined standards
  • Managing small projects, including device and infrastructure management
  • Collaborating with end users and the Operations team to identify and resolve concerns
  • Working under the direction of the Country Operations Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, supported by experience in IT infrastructure, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proven experience in end-user support
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with IT operations and infrastructure management
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
