Primary Purpose:
Offer students a period of paid practical experience in the industry relating to their field of study. This experience is valuable to students as a means of allowing them to experience how their studies are applied in the "real world", as work experience.
This hybrid role requires in-person work at our headquarters in Newton, MA.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and creative support to the design team
- Assists with scheduling meetings, brand reviews, and cross functional collaboration sessions
- Helps design team move creative along to meet all project timelines
- Collects, organizes, and routes incoming creative and branding requests from the design team
- Manages and maintains digital brand assets, design files, and documentation in accordance with brand standards
- Assists in preparing corporate presentations, brand decks, and internal communications materials
- Supports the development and execution of visual assets for internal and external branded initiatives
- Helps track project updates, organize feedback, and support multiple branding projects simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must been enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college or university as a full-time or part-time student
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing
- 0-2 years of experience in Marketing or related area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, Design etc.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within design field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude; and solid customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00-$30.00. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
