Internship Private Equity (Club Deal) Team (f/m/x)

The intern will join the team in day-to-day activity from scouting to execution of private equity deals on a broad range of industries providing support on deal origination, valuation, market analysis, due diligence process, drafting of presentations and information memorandum, deal structuring and negotiations as well as ad-hoc reports and analysis. The team boasts a continuously high deal flow with exciting projects and enriching counterparts.

Learning Objectives:

• Running financial modeling (business plan, DCF, LBO)
• Other valuation data set (trading comps and transaction comps)
• Knowledge and skills regarding the legal aspects of investment contracts and deal structuring

Requirements:

• Excellent academic record with international experience, a Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or related, near completion of a Master in Finance;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Italian) and PC literate;
• Highly motivated and a pro-active team worker;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills and solid finance and accounting background would complete the profile. 

Start Date: 1st September 2026, 6 months internship
