2nd AUMOVIO star Internship_Quality Intern

(Business Area - Architecture and Networking Solutions)

The Quality Intern will support the Quality Team in analyzing field vehicle quality issues and assisting with new vehicle quality-related documentation for Hyundai Motors projects. This position provides hands-on exposure to automotive quality processes, data analysis, and collaboration with OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support analysis of field vehicle quality issues, including warranty claims, customer complaints, and defect trends
• Collect, organize, and analyze quality-related data to identify patterns and support root cause analysis
• Assist in preparing quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and OEM use
• Support new vehicle quality activities for Hyundai Motor, including documentation, checklists, and validation materials
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of quality process documents, such as inspection standards, quality manuals, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, R&D, Production, Supplier Quality) to support issue tracking and follow-up actions
• Support preparation for customer meetings, audits, and quality reviews as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Electrical) or a related field
• Strong interest in automotive quality management and vehicle quality issues
• Basic understanding of quality concepts (e.g., defects, root cause, corrective actions)
• Ability to analyze data using Excel or similar tools (pivot tables, charts, basic data handling)
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA) or OEM quality requirements
• Experience with advanced data analysis or reporting tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI)
• Ability to read or understand technical drawings and specifications
