Job Description:

This role is part of our Management Internship/Co-op program. As an intern or co-op, you will be given real responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders on important projects that deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing strategies within the team or organization.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.
  • Engage in learning opportunities and assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Bachelors degree or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and acts accordingly.
