Location: Menara Maxis
Internship Period: Up to 6 months starting July 2026
Role Overview
Join the Employer Brand team to support initiatives that position Maxis as an employer of choice. This role offers exposure to branding, communications, event execution, and content creation for talent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Support marketing and communication efforts to promote Maxis as an employer of choice.
• Assist in content development — including research, ideation, writing, and asset creation.
• Contribute to event planning and execution, including preparation, promotion, and on-ground coordination.
• Capture and edit video content to support employer branding campaigns, such as showcasing the Internship Programme and Maxis Graduate Programme.
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Experience with design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Filmora) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Enjoys engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, friendly, and collaborative.
