Responsibilities

• Participate in continuous improvement projects which include time study of Gate 3 technology insertion projects, visual factory improvement and standard work.

• Assist the Cell Leader and Engineers on day-to-day running of manpower planning and output execution.

• Conduct time and process studies for GTF build; helping to set and define capacity through study of GTF Processes.

• Develop standard work for expected deliverables

• Review and generate reports for total engine and overtime hours for the purpose of process improvement and man-hours tracking

• To support the existing operation structure, create standard work and reporting materials.

• Collect, compute and evaluate the hold days and turn-back on ETAT by product and process to identify key drivers and ETAT reduction opportunities.

• Pareto analysis the turn-backs received for GTF OTD and present actual variance reports for management.

• Assist in daily production tracking and provide analytical recommendations to improve the tracking systems

• Create a visual factory at cell level to drive efficiency and productivity.

• Establish build material kitting requirement and develop 100% kitting and fill rate solution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines

• Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word)

• Ability to work independently

• Possess good project management skills
