As a Summer Intern in Lilly's Offer Program, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to some projects within a global pharmaceutical company, experiencing the dynamic environment of Lilly (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.

Job Qualifications:**

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program from an accredited university.
* Strong academic record, with a focus on business, life sciences, finance, marketing, or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin Chinese.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to commit to the full duration of the summer internship program.
* Prior internship experience or involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus.
