About the Role

该职位将在实习期间负责：
通过系统梳理Job List与工作量数据，搭建机构人力模型，将隐性任务显性化，为人力配置和管理决策提供可靠依据，是推动组织精细化运营与HR标准化建设的关键起点。

具体工作内容如下：

• Job List体系梳理 ：协助完成机构各职能模块的常规任务与协作事项，形成标准化任务清单；

• 工作量数据采集与清洗 ： 通过数据收集模板获取真实工作数据，并完成数据核对、去重与异常值处理；

• 数据汇总与汇报 ：对多维度任务数据进行归集，输出可视化汇总报表， 并协助撰写数据分析报告。

人选画像：

• 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，财务、统计学、信息管理等相关专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；

• 熟练掌握Excel，具备基础数据分析思维，文字表达清晰，有一定报告撰写能力；

• 责任心强，做事细致严谨，有良好的沟通协调能力，能主动跟进任务。
