What you do

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with product owners to map business processes and customer journeys.
  • Participating in the full product development lifecycle – from initial ideas to final delivery.
  • Working closely with the delivery team, providing support and sharing customer insights.
  • Engaging with internal and external customers to gather and validate requirements.
  • Reviewing vendor performance and assisting with due diligence processes.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Coursework in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve problems independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn.
