Within the Internal Audit department, which consists of a team of 8 people mainly based in Paris, you will have the following main responsibilities:

Supporting the Internal Audit department in Paris:

  • Monitoring the action plans resulting from audit assignments,
  • Developing and improving analysis and reporting tools,
  • Managing cross-functional projects across the three Internal Audit hubs,
  • Audit planning: contributing to the preparation and execution of the audit plan with country management, Group functional departments, and internal audit management.

Participating in audit assignments in France and across Europe on operational topics (logistics, inventory management, sales, etc.), financial matters (customer credit, supplier rebates, etc.), or compliance (Sapin II, cybersecurity, etc.):

  • Planning and preparing audit assignments (engagement letters, meetings, etc.),
  • Analyzing operational and financial processes, including conducting audit tests and interviews with various business units,
  • Verifying the proper application of internal control rules and other Group procedures,
  • Making operational recommendations for management.

Each assignment is usually carried out by a team of two auditors and lasts two weeks, including one week on-site.

 

Your profile :

Knowledge

  • Student in a Master’s degree program (Bachelor’s +4/+5),
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Good knowledge of finance and accounting,
  • Interest in analyzing financial and operational data to identify anomalies or risk areas.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality,
  • Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills,
  • Good interpersonal skills,
  • Results-oriented with respect for deadlines,
  • Proactive mindset and ability to innovate.

Technical Skills

  • Fluent in English,
  • Proficient with office tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
