About the Role

Il/La tirocinante sarà inserito/a all’interno dell’area Facility Management e affiancherà un/una Architetto/a Senior nelle attività legate alla gestione e allo sviluppo di progetti di re-layout e ottimizzazione degli spazi, con particolare focus sull’Headquarter di Milano.

Il percorso formativo consentirà di acquisire competenze tecniche, organizzative e relazionali legate alla progettazione e alla gestione operativa di spazi corporate complessi.

Obiettivi formativi

Il tirocinio è finalizzato a:

  • Comprendere i processi di gestione e sviluppo di progetti di re-layout in ambito corporate

  • Acquisire competenze nella modellazione 3D applicata alla progettazione degli spazi

  • Sviluppare capacità di coordinamento con fornitori e stakeholder interni

  • Approfondire le procedure aziendali legate alla gestione degli accessi e alla conformità documentale

  • Potenziare competenze organizzative, di precisione e di comunicazione professionale

Attività previste

In affiancamento al tutor aziendale, il/la tirocinante sarà coinvolto/a nelle seguenti attività:

  • Supporto nello sviluppo di modelli 3D per progetti di re-layout degli spazi

  • Collaborazione nella predisposizione di materiali di presentazione dei progetti (PowerPoint, elaborati grafici, post-produzione)

  • Supporto nella gestione dei fornitori:

    • richiesta e raccolta preventivi

    • verifica superfici (mq) e dati tecnici necessari alla realizzazione dei progetti

    • raccolta documentazione richiesta dalle procedure aziendali per l’abilitazione agli accessi

  • Collaborazione con il team Facility per il monitoraggio delle attività in fase esecutiva

  • Interazione con clienti interni per la raccolta esigenze e il coordinamento delle attività di re-layout
