About the Role

As part of the HR Department, Talent Development & Total Rewards Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

 

  • Support to the L&D department in the coordination and implementation of training projects
  • Adaptation of L&D materials received by International HQ
  • Update and manage the Sephora internal platforms and shared mailbox
  • Support the management of brand relationships aimed to training activities
  • Design of minor training projects and modules
  • Follow up on the projects with all the stakeholders to guarantee sustainability and effectiveness
  • Analysis of L&D KPI’s to provide reports
  • Be a sponsor of the HR department in the motivation, engagement and development of employees
  • Daily cooperation with all other HQ departments in order to guarantee synergy in the training flow of communications and actions implemented
  • Guarantee implementation of assigned projects according to business strategy
  • Be a Digital Ambassador to improve all the L&D processes and omnichannel approach
  • Be an ambassador of company’s values and culture
