What you'll build

 

As a working student (f/m/d) in the global P&C Business Partner team for the Board Area Customer Value Group your main tasks will be to:

  • Actively support the P&C Business Partner & PMO in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks (e. g. organizational changes) and the execution of core HR processes (e. g. talent management processes, employee surveys)
  • Pull and analyze HR reports to different KPIs (e. g. career level or regional distribution)
  • Be actively involved in project work (e. g. reorganizations)
  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops
  • Research and various strategic HR topics (e.g. organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of HR

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
  • Soft skills:
    • Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work
    • Independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation
  • Others: Reliability
  • Working from the office in Walldorf or St. Leon-Rot is required once to twice a week
