Core responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive and structured Student Worker to support our recruitment of trainees, apprentices and hourly manufacturing employees for the Billund production facilities. As we trust your skills, you will be given a lot of responsibility in delivering on your tasks which cover:

  • Support and administer the hiring of Trainees and Apprentices as Early Careers ensuring high quality end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring leaders.
  • Drive and manage your own recruitments of hourly manufacturing employees including tasks such as having meetings with hiring leaders, screening candidates, interviewing and creating job offers.
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects within Talent Acquisition depending on your interests and skills.
  • Engage in team meetings and organizational dialogues as learning opportunities to increase your skills, competences and capabilities.

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will join the Talent Acquisition - Operations team being part of our HR-organization, People Places & Culture (PPC). The team is global and consists of 13 dedicated colleagues (5 of them based in Billund) working with recruitment, talent attraction, onboarding and regional development projects. This means that you have a lot of skilled and supportive people to learn from and have loads of fun with! We do our best to deliver on the ambitious talent acquisition agenda, while having an open, informal and collaborative working environment.

Do you have what it takes?

To succeed in this role, it should come natural to you to work independently, be proactive and take initiative when spotting opportunities for improvement. In addition, it is important that you have a practical and structured work approach and can maintain an overview when coordinating many different tasks at the same time. In terms of your background and profile, we envision that you:

  • Are studying minimum at bachelor’s level within Human Resource Management, Communication, Administration or equivalent.
  • Have great stakeholder management and communication skills, being able to build positive and trustworthy relations across departments and levels.
  • Have a proven sense of what quality means and deliver on your commitments.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proficient in both Danish and English
  • Able to work 15-20 hours weekly primarily from HQ in Billund, but with flexibility to work from home.

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
