JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provides clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy, and psychological testing for adults, children and adolescents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complies with clinical documentation requirements and with the organizations scheduling and billing process.

  • Maintains necessary communication and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as authorized by the client.

  • Reviews and approves initial clinical assessments and treatment plans as needed.

  • Participates in meetings for clinical and administrative supervision, utilizing advanced knowledge of psychopathology to assist clinical team members in diagnosis, case formulations, and choice of treatment interventions.

  • Billable hour productivity standards are met.

  • ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments are completed on time.

  • Clinical documentation is completed within two business days of the service provided.

  • Treatment plans, the review and sign off of treatment plans of others, and other clinical service authorizations are completed in a timely manner.
