About the Role

Job Summary:

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team with day-to-day projects focused on brand awareness, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, social media content, and company communications. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content creation, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced professional environment.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn marketing practices in a growing company environment

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with creating and scheduling social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn and internal communication channels
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives including job post promotion, internship spotlights, and employer branding efforts
  • Help create marketing materials including flyers, presentations, newsletters, and event communications
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events, employee engagement activities, and volunteer opportunities
  • Maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications
  • Conduct research on marketing trends, competitors, and industry best practices
  • Support photography, video, and content collection during company events when needed
  • Assist with updating company templates, marketing documents, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments on communication initiatives
  • Perform additional administrative and marketing-related tasks as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Experience creating social media or digital marketing content
  • Photography, graphic design, or video editing experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting or employer branding strategies preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other preferred design platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
