We are looking for an Office Intern who is creative, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while supporting our Marketing team. 


Our Office Interns play an important role in supporting daily marketing operations, creating engaging content, and helping strengthen the TR Miller brand both online and in the community. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience in marketing, branding, social media, and event coordination while working alongside an energetic and collaborative team. 



Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend and assist with community events and engaging with prospective customers 
  • Creating and organizing social media and video content to help grow the TR Miller brand 
  • Supporting reputation management efforts across platforms such as Google Reviews 
  • Assisting with marketing projects including email signatures, onboarding materials, apparel organization, and promotional inventory 
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team during weekly meetings and providing creative input and ideas 
  • Organizing digital assets, maintaining content libraries, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations 
  • Supporting additional ad hoc projects and duties as assigned  


Pay

  • Pay: $35,360–$41,600/annually based on experience 
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays required to support and attend community events 
  • Weekly Pay Checks

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Creative mindset with interest in social media, branding, and content creation 
  • Comfort using social media platforms, Canva, and other basic digital tools 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn 
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) for prolonged periods 
  • Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and telephone headset 
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
